Sonnenborne Hall is maintained 和 operated by Marquis Services Inc. a small, family-owned company. Ingredients are locally sourced whenever possible 和 Marquis strives to keep the menu fresh, fun 和 nutritious. Special events such as Chinese New Year, Fourth of July picnics, Awards Ceremony steak dinners, Thanksgiving 和 Christmas themed dinners, 和 more are celebrated festively.

Every day we use as many fresh vegetables as possible (depending upon season).

We love to use fresh herbs!

For lunch, cadets can also visit our made-to-order deli bar 和 select from assorted breads 和 wraps with turkey, 火腿, 牛肉, 鹰嘴豆泥, egg salad, pimento cheese, provolone, 瑞士, 美国, pepper jack, 和 美国 white; with lettuce tomato, 洋葱, dressings 和 pickles to choose from.
